10. If you brought a pet, please clean up the waste. If not, I may need to ask for a fee.
11. Strip all beds and at a minimum start sheets, especially if a large number in your group. To conserve cleaning cost, launder and re-make all beds used if time permits.
12. Take out all trash. Be sure to empty the refrigerator of your items. Garbage is beside the back deck and trash pick up is on Thursdays. Please take it to the street when you depart and during your visit if there on Thursdays.
13. Please take outdoor supplies (Seat cushions, outdoor heater, Solo firepit) into garage if you’ve used them. You can cover the firepit and leave next to the backdoor if during summer months.
14. Please notify Marie when you depart.
